Ever since I developed my first Windows Phone App during the final year of my Bachelor studies (i.e. Computer Science & Engineering) in 2011, I have a passion for developing user-centric Apps following web and mobile usability guidelines.
In December 2017, I graduated with a master's degree in (M.Sc.) Computer Science from Technische Universitaet Berlin where I researched various topics that helped me to focus on creating human-centric software. My master's thesis title is "Review on continuous integration in mobile development." I helped by creating automation of mobile testing for quality assurance engineers by automating the installation of artefacts on the mobile device under test using the PR id from GitLab API. I shared my understanding from my research on how advancements in project management methodology from XP to Agile from the late 1999s to 2016 increased the productivity of software development teams and reduced the release of product time to market. For my research work, I was awarded with grade 1,7 (gut) according to German university grading scales.
Currently, I work as IT Technical Team Lead initiating, developing and implementing strategies on internal/external software to improve the operational process and overall productivity of different teams in the organization and working on people management skills by conducting 1:1, performance reviews, hiring, mentoring and coaching of software engineers, quality assurance engineers and DevOps engineers. I have experience performing SCRUM and KANBAN ceremonies (standup, sprint review, sprint planning, retrospective) and building delivery plans.
